What do you refer to vinculate?

The Personal Gateway works with your DataSource that you want to keep update in Power BI Service.

I need my reports that are in PowerBi Desktop to update automatically and I do not know how to do it with powerbi gateway - Personal.

1. First Install the Power BI Personal Gateway, after the installation. Use your Power BI Credentials

2. Log to Power BI 

3. Select Datasets--Your DataSet- Schedule Refresh

You need to Edit Credentials to access the datasource (XLSX, SQL, etc)

I did it, but it only updates me the cloud report, the Desktop report .pbix does not update it.

The Gateway only Updates the cloud version of your report.

If you want The PBIX refreshed, you need to go to the Desktop and click in Refresh.
