In the table view, Power BI Desktop showing Empty Value in the cell Instead of Showing as (Blank). Also empty cells in this column are not considered as Blank by Power BI when I create Measures.

I found the solution !
It is the Non Printable Character called "160" or something.. I used the formula =CODE(A1) to find that Character and I replaced that particular character by copying it and pasting in Find and replace in Excel. I dont know how to do that in Power BI, But I fixed it in Excel Side.
Still the power Bi solution for Finding the non printable code and replacing it with blank is unknown!

In Power Query, when you right click your particular column, you get an option called CLEAN under Transform menu, this will remove non printable characters

No, There is NO Clean Option in Power BI Query Editor or either the Table view page does not have it. There should be an option to remove the non printable characters.

Do your empty cells actually contain a space or blank character?
I dont think because it cannot be that all the empty cells will have the Space character
It is a organizational data, so No one will put space there in all the empty columns

What is the difference between Empty and Blank? I created a new condition column and put condition to power bi to show null values in New column, if the original column has empty values.
But the new column also shows empty rather blank

There is a difference between empty and blank here. If you can edit the table in Power Query, check if the output is null or empty, in that case replace it to null.
