Hello everyone!
I am trying to connect to an Oracle database that is located on a server. To connect to this database, I need to run a .bat file (the script of this file looks like "start PUTTY.EXE -ssh -L host:ip:host ip_Of_the_server -l test -i test.ppk") and then enter the database credentials. I can connect to this database from various IDEs, such as DataGrip and SQL Developer.
The problem is that all tutorials on "Connecting Power BI to Oracle" explain how to connect to local databases, but in my case, the database is hosted on Google Cloud (if I am not mistaken).
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could share their own experience and knowledge with me!
I made a mistake here "start PUTTY.EXE -ssh -L host:ip:host ip_Of_the_server -l test -i test.ppk"
Instead of the host, it should be port, so "start PUTTY.EXE -ssh -L port:ip:port ip_Of_the_server -l test -i test.ppk"
