Power Automate - Calendario DAX

Buenos dias comunidad!

Quisiera saber si es posible realizar lo siguiente, y si lo es, si me pueden ayudar. 

Tengo un PBI con calendario de fechas de vencimiento. Se podrá automatizar un alerta por outlook cuando se llegue a una fecha? y dependiendo el detalle enviar el correo a ciertos email?
