Plot data on Y axis without specifying X axis explicitly

Excel has an option to select data from a single column and prepare a chart on the basis of that (Example below ,  It takes the rownum or Index automatically on x axis) , I want to replicate the same behaviour without creating the index column in Powerquery or using DAX.

The reason why I don't want to create Index in powerquery or dax is because we have to apply certain report/Page level filters which will decide what data should be shown in the chart and the index should be driven using those  filters  

Is it possible to replicate this behavior in Powerbi ?

That's not possible without x-axis.
