Pie Chart Drill Down & Drilling filters other visuals

Hi,

I have 2 pie charts showing category sales, 1 showing this year and the other showing last year.  The category is part of a hierarchy that shows Category > Product Group > Brand.

The charts are linked and I have enabled Drilling filters other visuals. 

The issue I have is that when I drill through on the This Year chart by selecting Bikes for example it works perfectly, but the Last Year Chart it just filters the Last Year Chart.

I can see that synchronizing drill down is an outstanding request (synchronize-drill-up-down-of-visualizations), but wondered if anyone had any luck with a workaround?

Make sure that you've enabled Drilling filters other visuals for both.
