Hello all,
I took the pbix of a consultant in my company, it made a nice report, but it does not load at all quickly or not at all ... There is only one table in SQL 6M of rows. But a lot of measurement dax he wanted to put everything in one page ... how to improve performance? these are just numbers to display.
Thanks !
@Vanessa250919 , Question is at a very high level. Many things need to be done for performance.
One idea that you create aggregated tables and use those
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/desktop-aggregations
Create them in power query
https://radacad.com/power-bi-aggregation-step-1-create-the-aggregated-table
Avoid Bi-directional joins.
Remove columns that are not needed.

Thanks for your tips, and for background data one idea ?
