Performance Issue with DAX formula

Hi,

Here I am attaching a dax measure which i created. By Usng this measure Some of the Perfomance issues is happening so ,I want to convert this measure with another measure but it should return same output

First of all you can lose the KEEPFILTERS if you use VALUES anyway but I don't think this will make a difference, but anyway do that.
Besides that, your measure is very straightforward and in case report id has more than 1 row in your table then this is the way to right it. 
We can do a quick zoom to look at your model if you want.
