My team and I have been using Power BI Desktop to create reports and dashboards based on sales data. Now, we want to share these reports with other stakeholders in our company, and we are considering using Power BI Service to publish and manage our content.

I have the following questions:

- How can I publish a report from Power BI Desktop to Power BI Service?

- How can I share a report with other users in my organization?

- How can I control access to my reports and dashboards in Power BI Service?

- How can I monitor usage and performance of my reports and dashboards in Power BI Service?

- Can I schedule data refresh for my reports and dashboards in Power BI Service? If so, How? 

- Can I create a dashboard directly in Power BI Service?
