PBI Desktop Sign In Issue

I cant sign to PBI  on my comp and cant update anything. Please help me

@IBRAHIMY,

What error message do you get? Are you able to directly sign in app.powerbi.com?

And please ensure that you use Power BI Desktop May release,we also need to know which operate system you use?
