Organising Pie Data by specific criterea can anyone help

Hi,

I would like to organise data in a pie chart by disagree completely/neither agree nor disagree/mostly agree/Completely agree etc

and likewise by 10-25%/25-50% and so on ideally without adding 1. disagree completely etc

Is this possible

Hi @Jay2077,

You could add a calculated column with DAX formula similar to:

Organize column=IF(table[date]>=0.1&&table[date]<0.25,"disagree completely",IF(table[date]>=0.25&&table[date]<0.5,"neither agree nor disagree","mostly agree"))

Add above column [Organize column] into "Legend" section in pie chart.

You could create a simple table which has your question options in one column, the order you want them in as a second column, and then relate that to your existing table. Tell the new table to sort the responses column by your ordering column, and then feed that into your pie chart
