Oracle Direct Query with Parameter

Hello,

Was wondering if I can run an Oracle Direct Query and specify a Parameter?

For instance, "SELECT * FROM Table where ID = <Param>"

Would I be able to write this and when a user opens the report it prompts for the parameter, or at the very least allows them to change the parameter?

If so, will this work on the service and desktop?

Thank you

@madkow,

Based on my test, it works well in Power BI Desktop when I specify parameter in SQL statement for Oracle Direct Query.

But query parameter doesn't work in Power BI Service, there is an idea about this issue, please vote it up.
