On Select , update only the data with same visuals

Hello, 
I want only data to be updated in the report with the same visuals on single select. I have two tables, One is transformation table and another one is lookup table. Using the lookup table, I am calculating new columns as shown in below with columns Cal A Primary, Cal B Primary, Cal C Primary. 

 On single select with category A or B or C, I want to the sum of Cal A Primary or Cal B Primary or Cal C Primary values  respectively to be visualized as shown below.
