Hi,
In my chart visual, I made the display units of values as "Thousands" as shown here:
After enabling the tooltip in the chart, I can able to see the full value like "149171.53" when hovering. Please find the screenshot below:
Similarly, I am taking values for matrix. But, I am not able to see the full value even after hovering. I can see the value as 149K only. Please find the below image for reference:
Would you please suggest me any way to show the full value when hovering on a matrix value?

You can use a report tooltip to adjust format of the fields.
