I have a problem with the measure. The measure calculates products that are not in the top 20 but in totals it shows 0, so you can not see the data in the column chart

And for your case, just do some adjust as below:
1.[Top 20] is not a rank measure, It's better to adjust Non-Top 20 measure like this:
Non-Top 20 = IF([Top 20]=BLANK(),SUM('Table 1'[Value]),0)
2. add a measure like below for sum Non-Top 20.
Measure 2 = var _table=SUMMARIZE('Table 1','Table 1'[Name product],"_Value",CALCULATE(SUM('Table 1'[Value]))) return SUMX(_table,[Non-Top 20])
