Hi all,
I'm trying to consololidate some data. Basically for "number available", when I import, POWER BI autofills the sums based on person, month and year and brings it down for the other empty columns. The problem is Power bi autofills the number available and I want them to be removed. I want the formula to be contingent on person, month, year, and removes same item to bring 1. here is an example:
Person | Month | Year | Number Available | Desired Colunn |
1 | Jan | 2019 | 3 | 3 |
1 | Jan | 2019 | 3 | |
1 | Jan | 2019 | 3 | |
1 | Jan | 2018 | 4 | 4 |
2 | Jan | 2019 | 2 | 2 |
2 | Jan | 2019 | 2 | |
2 | Jan | 2018 | 3 | 3 |
2 | Jan | 2018 | 3 | |
3 | Jan | 2018 | 5 | 5 |
3 | Feb | 2018 | 4 | 4 |
3 | Mar | 2018 | 6 | 6 |
3 | Apr | 2018 | 7 | 7 |
3 | Jan | 2019 | 8 | 8 |
3 | Jan | 2019 | 8 | |
3 | Jan | 2019 | 8 |
thank you so much, new to forum. Let me know if yuu need more details
