New Table

Hello. I want to create a table with a list of values.

I have this table with lines of consumption:

ID | AccountID |       Name     | Criteria

1  |        123     |   Product A   |   Yes

2  |        123     |   Product B   |   No

3  |        456     |   Product A   |   No

4  |        456     |   Product B   |   No

I want a table that returns:

(A list of all the Account ID with lines of consumption with Criteria "No" with the list of those products.)

Account ID | Name

123             | Product B

456             | Product A

456             | Product B

Hi @PDRTXRA ,

You can try this:

In the Power BI Desktop, select the table visual:

And then add the Name column and AccountID column:

And then select the slicer visual:

Add the Criteria column like this:

vyinliwmsft_3-1665988542278.png

Choose No:

Is this the result you expect?

Hope this helps you.

are you wanting a matrix visual?   or actual table that ignores the yes's.

you can filter out in the visual pane, ie right hands side of visuals. filter criteria to no only, or you can always filter out the yes's in power query.

If I took the time to answer your question and I came up with a solution, please mark my post as a solution and /or give kudos freely for the effort 🙂 Thank you!
