New Table based on filters and Transponse data

Hello, 

I need to develop a new table based on a database, but the columns that I need are rows in the data base. 

My data is extracted like this:

But I need that my new table has a column "Left Front Strut Pressure " "Right Front Strut Pressure" like the following image from a pivot table in excel. This strut pressure data is part of the column NAME

How can you transponse the rows to make the values filter like this.
