New Field Parameters location - shared model vs report

I currently have a number of shared models with multiple reports running off them. Would the New Field Parameters be placed in the shared model or each report itself? I haven't yet used the recently launched function but as we would have some standardised field parameters ideally these would be at model level.

@Kletzy , Not really sure I got it. But I think you should be able to add it to the dataset file
