Need to get the last month data so that i can conditionally format an indicator

Hey ,

Im trying to create a page whee i can see if the score i need for a system has dipped beyond the target for the previous month .

I have used text field for the system name and a circle with conditional fill when the value dips to fill yellow else green however i observed that while giving the condition i cannot give last month in the conditional formatting window . so im thinking of creating a measure column and put it as he value to consider in the conditional formatting window .

I have tried a couple of ways however could not get the requirement . Please help me here
