Hi,

I would like to retrieve data via an internet link but I can not do it because I miss the authentication information and I do not wish to go through azure to authenticate the link because azure is paying

You can pass the access token in HTTP Hearder when connecting Web source.

You can also write it in Power Query. See some related thread below:
