Need help with determining commission rate for Power BI report based off customer "age"

I'm not exactly sure how to ask the question - but I know what I'm trying to accomplish -

I have a list of customers. I've calculated how old the customer is already and placed that value (in days) in a column called 'Age of Customer'.

Here's the measure I need to create:

if the customer age is <= 365 - the commission rate is 5%

if the customer age is >= 366 - the commission rate is the changed to 3%

I can write out the algorithm, but I'm very new to DAX and not sure how to do this. ANY help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks so much! 🙂

It seems as if you need a calculated column and not a measure.

Commission = IF([Age of Customer] <= 365, .05, .03)
