Need help with LOOKUPVALUE and displaying results based on 3 different Tables

I have three tables, essentially:

Weekly Staffing Table

Site NameCountry
HamburgGermany
DubaiU.A.E.
HannoverGermany
GalwayIreland

Country Risk Level Table

Country NameRisk Level
GermanyLow
U.A.E.Moderate
IrelandLow

Current Roster Table

Site NameEmployee Name
HamburgDirk Nowitski
Hamburg Angela Merkel
HannoverOtto Waalkes
HannoverEmil Berliner
HannoverGeorg Haendel
DubaiMohammed Omar
DubaiAli Saleh
GalwayPaul King

I've modeled a one-to-many relationship from 'Country' to 'Country Name' in the first two tables.  What I'd like to do is use a visual (possibly a table visual) to then show all the Employees in a particular country based on a slicer that selects the Risk Level of that country from the second table.

Using Copilot to ask this question, it pointed me down the road of using LOOKUPVALUE but I can't get it to work.  Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I am not sure how your expected outcome looks like, but I tried to create a sample pbix file like below.

Please check the below picture and the attached pbix file whether it suits your requirement.

Thank you for taking the time to answer.  Copilot can be a great help but it can't replace the help from experts like yourself.  Really appreciate your assistance.
