Hi everyone,
I've been trying to convert the following codes to DAX following some replies on the community but was unable to get the correct output, perhaps, some of you can help me out with these!
{Include [CID], [RDate] : Sum(if [Cat Flag] = 1 Then [Sales] END)}
and the second one is ↓
{Fixed [CID] : COUNTD([RDate])}
I tried summarized approach but that was a mess for me, then I found that it can be done with calculated measures but outputs are not matching. 😐 If someone can help me to translate those two, would be very helpful!
Thanks!
@k3rz0rg Not sure, but this may help. First, please vote for this idea: https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=082203f1-594f-4ba7-ac87-bb91096c742e
This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376
Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:

Would be greatly beneficial if you could provide sample data and expected output. Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
Thanks for the response but that's not really the solution I was looking for, I was just trying to convert those Tableau codes into DAX, ie, this link provides a type of solution, however, not for the 2 columns for the Include LOD.
Solved: Include Lod of Tableau in Power BI - Microsoft Fabric Community
