You may add a calculated column.

Column =
Table1[product] = "abc"
    && ISEMPTY (
        FILTER (
            Table2,
            Table2[category ] <> "AD"
                && Table2[column1] = Table1[column1]
                && Table2[manu_name] = Table1[name]
        )
    )

        )
    )

Can you provide some sample data and expected output from that data? Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

Do you want this to be a calculated table or are you going for a table visual that implements the pattern that you indicate?
