Need help Inventory Projection Report

Hi All,

I want to be able to extrapolate my inventory into the future by adding incoming goods (IN) and subtracting expected sales (OUT). The most recent stock I have Intial Stock.

I shared a file with sample data here, so that you can see my data structure and some sample measures. All facts are in one big fact table. In the original data I also have a product and a customer dimension table. But since it is not really relevant for this case, I left it out of the sample data.

Just to make sure, what I would expect is something like this:

Hi @amitchandak ,

I am looking stock on hand by end of month for all future months

***For current month end of month stock = Intial stock +IN (anything before end of this month)-OUT(anything before end of this month)

***For Future Month's  End of month Stock = preious month's end of month stock +IN (anything in that month) -OUT (anything in that month)

hope this helps to undertand the case better

Thank you

Arahantha
