Need Table Values From Column to Change Based on Start and End Dates Coming from Date Table Slicer

I've searched the forum and not finding exactly what I'm looking for.

I have a Pricing table that has start and end dates for item prices, which change over time.

I also have a date table.

I need the price to update in the matrix visual I have based on the start and end dates in the date slicer (which is using the Date table).

If the user overlaps the start and end dates for the items in the slider, I just want to get an average of the price that falls for the items within the date range selected.

I've done SELECTEDVALUE(MAX and SELECTEDVALUE(MIN approaches but can't seem to get it right.

The Pricing table has 2 indirect relationships with the Date table for the Start Date column and the End Date column. PBI will only allow me to make one of these active otherwise there are conflicts. I thought leaving both inactive and doing a USERELATIONSHIP function in my measure would solve the problem but I still can't get the logic to work out as needed.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi, @lg1551

Can you provide sample data for testing? Sensitive information can be removed in advance. What kind of expected results do you expect? You can also show it with pictures or Excel. I look forward to your response.
