Need Help: How to adjust percentage for one Row

How should I adjust the below hightlight yellow row to percentage? But remain other part as whole number? Thanks.

Hi!

I don´t think this is possible unless all these numbers are based on seperate measures. If they are seperate measures you can use the matrix visual and use the option "Show on rows"

Just drag in all the measures and turn this option on. You can format each measure individually.
