Navigate to the page and apply filter

How can we create a buttons where you click on it and get you to a page and apply filter on that page based on the similar value of the button?

The button has text manually added, each button will have projec name and I want when I click the project A I go to the overview page which is filtered for Project A ( Overvew has KPIs and change the value when we filter or selected the project name from filter )

How can I achieve this in powerbi?

Thats pretty easy, you just have to create a bookmark for those pages.

first add buttons to your report for each project. You can do this by going to the "Home" tab, clicking on "Buttons", and then dragging a button onto your report canvas for each project.

then select each button, go to the "Action" tab, and choose "Bookmark" as the action type. Then, select the corresponding bookmark for each project.

once you configure all the buttons copy paste those button on all those pages so you have the navigation on those pages also, to come back to overview page.

this is called navigation bar in normal programing language.

I have 90 projects I don't want to create bookmarks for each one , but thank you for the suggestion

you dont have to create a bookmark for each one. you just have to create a template file and then use that template file for other projects. but its your choice how to choose to approach the outcome.

What do you mean by Template?
it is one report.. the main page will display all of the list projects as buttons and other pages where each one has its purpose like summary, overview, and etc .. these pages will be filtered based on the project ( buttons )
