I have an excel file that has received the date and pending date. I imported the excel file into Power BI. Pending date shows the date hierarchy, however, the received date doesn't show the date hierarchy
Both Pending and Received date format type is the date. Not sure why the pending date is not showing hierarchy? Can anyone advise?

at the moment, the time intelligence function is activated in the options of Power BI Desktop (see figure). Power BI Desktop automatically recognizes the Pending Date column as a date column, the Received Date column does not.
It is highly recommended to use your own calendar table and create your own hierarchies in it, then the situation you describe is excluded.
