Multiyear Cummulative Percentage - Starting of New Year problem

Dear all,

Please, I need your help with the following formula which it was working correctly until the turn of the new year; now it only shows the data for 2020 but not the cummulative that is coming from last year.

Cumm % Earned Hrs = Var EH = CALCULATE(Perc_Current_Hrs[% Earned Hrs],FILTER(all('Calendar'),'Calendar'[Date]<= MAX('Calendar'[Date])&& MAX('Calendar'[Date])<=DATE(YEAR(MAX('Calendar'[Date])),MONTH(TODAY()),DAY(TODAY()))&& YEAR(('Calendar'[Date])=YEAR(MAX('Calendar'[Date])))))

return

IF(MAX('Calendar'[Date])>TODAY(),BLANK(),EH)

Can you please explain the logic behind other filters. Meanwhile

Can you try

Cumm % Earned Hrs = Var EH = CALCULATE(Perc_Current_Hrs[% Earned Hrs],
FILTER(all('Calendar'),'Calendar'[Date]<= MAX('Calendar'[Date])))
