Measure for particular week based on data of whole table

I would like to create measure to divide the sum of the amount sold until now (so consider whole table) for the distinct items in particular week.

Input

Number	WeekNumber	Quantity
1	7	5
1	7	4
1	8	2
2	8	4
2	9	2
5	9	1

Output: For Week 9; sum of quantity=7

Number	WeekNumber	Quantity
2	8	4
2	9	2
5	9	1

Based on that above sample data, I am not quite clear about your logic for Weeknumber 9. What is the result do you want to return for WeekNumber 7 or WeekNumber 8?
