I've been trying to solve the following problem for a while and I hope you can help me:
I have a table1 with system names in it.
I have a table2 which is a ticket system.
In Table 2, the system name is there more often, depending on how many tickets there are.
The tickets have different types and different priorities based on the type.
For example:
System "Power" has 3 tickets:
Ticket1 Alert Priority 1
Ticket2 Warning Priority 2
Ticket3 Warning Priority 2
Now I want a column to be added to table 1.
The column should contain the highest priority of the tickets that the system has.
In the above example, we have a priority 1 ticket for system "Power".
So, in table 1, system "Power" should have priority 1.
If the ticket is then closed, Ticket 1 Alert will disappear.
So the new priority will be priority 2 and so on.
