Mark records that appeared the first time in a table as "New" based on date, if exists mark as "Old"

Hello,

I need help how to mark records that appeared the first time in a table as "New" based on date, if exists mark as "Renew".

Column Status is my desired output.

Hi,

Write this calculated column formula

Status = if(Data[Date]=calculate(min(Data[Date]),filter(Data,Data[Emp I.D]=earlier(Data[Emp I.D]))),"New","Old")
