Maps and filled maps not working all the time

Everytime i create a power bi report the maps working smoothly, but if i closed the file and re open it , i keep recieving the msg: maps and visual maps are no enabled etc....

it's enabled in settings, i clear chache and restart everytime, still the same problem, 

i am going crazy, and there is a report i need to get it done quickly, 

Please help me, i started losing faith in this software

Hi @mouawyaa ,

Did you receive that message in the Service? Then you need to enable the "Map and filled map visuals" option in the tenant settings in Admin portal.

@mouawyaa , I have seen this recently with team members. Make both on service and on Desktop of Map is enabled,

In Service it under Tenant setting

In Desktop it under preview features and Secutity (File -> Options & Setting -> Options)
