Mapbox clustering not working

Hi all

I have produced a cluster map using Mapbox in power bi... I seems to be working when you're at autozoom level. This map shows the location of an incident on a road. I know that there three incidents logged at one exact location but when I zoom into it is only showing one location. When I click on this location, it shows three incidents on tooltip and other reports also filters to three incidents but the cluster map does not show it as three location.

Any suggestion or idea to fix this issue please?

Regards,

Shei

Autozoom level - total incidents at this location is correct

Zoom level - but zoomed to this location - the number of incidents on a location with three incidents is only shown as a single dot.

Hi @Daxer12

I may be misunderstanding this, but in your zoom level picture, there is 1 dot with the number 2 at the top and 1 dot at the bottom, giving a total of 3 incidents. Is this correct?

thanks mate

yes - thats correct - cluster of two is correct. But where it is showing 1 dot, it should be a cluster of three as they are three incidents registered at this location,

@Daxer12

Thanks for clarifying. Would it be possible for you to provide the PBIX file without any sensitive or irrelevant data so I can take a look?

Thanks _ I really appreciate your help on this... I will upload the simplified version shortly.
