Manage Aggregations dialogue seems badly broken

I am using Version: 2.84.701.0 64-bit (August 2020)

I open a report which has aggregations set up. When clicking "Manage Aggregations" on  one of the tables in the model which should have them set up the dialogue loads but all column values are empty and the dialogue does not accept any input.

After closing the dialogue I see repeated message boxes telling me "the underlying frame is no longer valid" and have to kill the PowerBi process to close it.

I thought something may be corrupted in the file so deleted the tables used for aggregations and re-added them. The dialogue hung mid way through resetting up the aggregations and on closing it I see the same message boxes/

What version of power bi your test? Does any software environment change apply to your device that installed the power bi desktop? Did this issue appear on other devices when you test with the same version power bi client? 

I'd like to suggest you provide more detailed information to help us clarify your scenario.

The version of PowerBi used is the very first sentence in my question. 

This issue has been reproduced on multiple machines, yes.
