Make new page visuals won't be affected by current slicers

Hello, I have a question about interaction between slicers and page visuals.

Currently, when I create a new page visual, the current slicers will affect all the new visuals created.

Is there a way to change this behaviour, making all new created page visuals won't be affected by current slicers?

I have limited my slicers interaction to only 2 charts. But whenever I make a new chart, I need to manually set the interaction (by using Edit interactions menu) for the new created chart to None. This is not efficient, considering new charts will always be created during development.

Could anyone give suggestions? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
