Looking to compare values in two columns and only show those rows with non-equivalent values

I have the following imported data from a spreadsheet:

Store ID	# Authorized Employees	# Current Staff Level	Gross Sales
Location #1	3	3	$43,000
Location #2	5	3	$58,000
Location #3	4	2	$39,000
Location #4	6	6	$72,000

In this case, I'd like to display (probably using a Table visual) only Locations #2 and #3 and only the 2nd and 3rd columns.  So something like this:

Location #2	5	3
Location #3	4	2

The intent is to quickly identify the locations that the customer would need to hire for.  Greatly appreciate any pointers.  Most of my searches seem focused more on returning the count of rows that don't have equal values in the columns. I'm looking to first identify those rows that are unequal, and then only show some of the columns of those rows.

@phantomias33 you can easily add a column and then filter on that column where value is zero, best practice is to add columns in the Power Query but here is how you will add in the DAX:

Flag = INT ( Table[Col1] = [Table[Col2] )
