Last Refresh Date

I want to disable auto refresh when opening the file. Then when the data is refreshed using the refresh all icon I'd like to have a date within a cell of excel to update to the date its last refreshed. Below are the screen shots of my current formula and second screen shot is the data model where I inserted a lastrefresh date column which looks to the Request Completion date. Am not sure if its necessary to even insert a lastrefreshed column. But am getting an error within the formula.
