Hi All,
I recently downloaded the Customer Feedback PBIX file in Power BI Desktop, to follow along the different steps they discribe at the description for the key influencers visual.
So I have the same database they use, but when I tried to move 'Tenure' in the Explain by field (see step), the right pane shows a different data representation as it is shown in the blog article.
The problem is that 'Tenure' is automatically turned into categorical and not recognized as a continuous factor.
The database and data struture is the same! Did anyone have similar problems or knows what could be the problem?
I can reproduce this issue and has reported internally. Will update here when I receive any response.
Regards,
Jimmy Tao
Hi, I faced the same issue too. The Tenure is not recognized as Continous factor automatically by Power BI
