Good day all,
Today i'm trying to create a nice graph showing production with the year to date. But i'm having some issues with it when adding a legend or any other type of slicing really.
It seems that when a slice is added and 'null' values appear, it literally empties them in visuals as well. Where a visual based on the total doesn't show any gaps.
Any idea's on how to fix this?
What i'm expecting, filled in with red.
Hi @decarsul ,
If you want to show items with on data in visual, please try following steps.
This is my test table:
Create a matrix visual and right click on rows, select "show items with no data".
You will see the blank data:

Good day sir,
That is something i tried, which doesn't result in what i want.
The purpose of a rolling sum / running total like totalytd in my book is to add or copy the previous value if there is nothing to add. In my case when there is nothing to add, it doens't show anything either.
So ... if there is no data to add, it should show the same as the previous cell.
To visualise, i have added the example i'm expecting in the original post. The figures marked in red is what i expect.
Also, when not using the legend it doesn't happen (if there is atleast 1 figure for Y axis available at least)
