Hi,
I have a bar chart where I am plotting Time Durations. I've converted my time durations to decimals and this allows me to plot them on the chart. However, I would like to have the data labels on the bar chart be of the tooltip I created.
For example, here is my current bar chart:
I'd like to replace the data lable from the decimal (8.48) to the tooltip value I've managed to create using created measures. Here is an example of the tooltip when hovering over the bar chart:
I want to replace the 8.48 data lable on the bar chart with the tooltip value of 08:29. Is this possible?
Working with time durations is very painful in Power BI. I really wish they would develop an easier way for user to interact with time durations. We've been asking for this for years.

@AW1976NOVA , usually we create clustered line visual and show line label and make line color same as the background. If need we can remove the secondary y-axis for that
