Is it possible below status screen with icons having dynamic color change according to status ?

this icons and color of icons is changing according to status which is getting updated in dataset if its approved,pending or other statuses

Is it possible to develope something like this in Power bi ,if yes ,Could you please help ,how can we achieve this ?

@Arul  dont want table visual ,exact screen mentioned above

table project info =>

Table moves ->

ex : for project code PR123 ,table project info is having current state called stage and its at stage 3.

Now if user request change state so change entry will be entered into moves table,if user enter change from stage 3 to stage 4 and its status column named result is "Started" means its pending for approval and color would be orange ,if it is Approved status ,color would be blue ,and stages before stage 3 will be green on color. same as shown in first icon screen shared.
