Is it feasible using a Column from Another Table as Slicer Without Relationship?

Calendar's date connected with Leadsort(date) in table 1 and leadreceiveddate(date) in table2 respectively.

Since both Table 1&2 do not have primary Key to let them connect each other.

Is there a way I can use a column called Type(text) from Table 2 in Table 1 as Slicer?

Type Slicer =
CALCULATETABLE(
SUMMARIZECOLUMNS(
table2[Type]),
TREATAS(VALUES(table2[LeadDateReceived]),table1[LeadSort]))

I've tried couple DAXs including this one, they didn't work. What could I've done to make it right?
