Insights stop working in Power BI Desktop but works in Service

Hello,

I have a desktop report which I could use insigths. Then I upgrade to pro account and publish my report to a shared workspace after that it stops working, when I click analyze it says "no insight found" but when I open same report in service I can use insights without a problem.

I cannot reproduce the issue. You may take a look at Optimize data for Quick Insights.

Hello @v-chuncz-msft,

Both report that I'm tried to use insigths (in Desktop and Service) are same. I don't change anything reports yet insights didn't work in desktop but work in service for same report.
