Importing azure costs into the Power BI desktop

Hello,

I have an account that is managed by a CSP. We also have subscriptions that are in Microsoft direct accounts. I want to analyze costs for all those subscriptions in a single dashboard using the Power BI desktop connector for Azure. Has anyone been able to do that? If so, what are the steps?

Hi @BlueHeron ,

You can create separate queries for the two types of users and then combine the queries in a single table in PowerQuery. This approach allows you to create a unified dashboard that reflects costs across all your subscriptions .

Try using the Azure Cost Management connector, both accounts should meet the usage agreement prerequisites.
Connect to Azure Cost Management data in Power BI Desktop.

Make exporting data the last option.
