Import Excel Workbook Content Unexpected Error

Hi,

Has anybody come across "Unexpected Error - Object not set to an instance of an object" when trying to import Excel Workbook Content?

I tried to idenitfy the issue through process of elimination by stripping out queries, calculated columns and measures but kept getting this error.  

Would love any ideas or guidance as I'm ready to transition to Desktop as the primary Power BI tool but do not want to recreate everything from scratch.

Hi Tim,

usually when you see an "Unexpected Error" window you should be able to send us a frown containing all the information needed for us to be able to follow up. Moreover, in the same dialog there should be a "Copy Details" link. You can click on it to copy the error information into the clipboard then here.

Not sure they could be causing the problem, but I also have installed the following add-ins:

1. PowerPivot utilities

2. Dax Studio Excel AddiIn
