Ignore slicer for a dimension in a table

Hi,

Is it possible to ignore the slicer selection for just a dimension in the table containing dimensions and measures?

Eg: I have a table containing 1 dimension and 3 measures, and have 4 slicers. I want the dimension to ignore one of the slicer selections.

So if I have a country , I want thelist of countries to be shown irrespective of the slicer selection.

thanks.

Show items with no data on the country might do what you are looking for.  The measures will get fitlered but all the countries should still show.

With this model:

And using the country field from the dimension table, select the option "Show items with no data"

You can use a disconnected (or with an inactive relationship) dimension table for country, but you will need to tweak your measures.
If the country dimension is to ignored completely in the visual, you can turn off the interactions under Format in the ribbon.
can you post sample data and a depiction of the expected outcome?

Hi @PaulDBrown

Please see the screenshot. I need to see all the countries irrespective of the date seletion. Even if there are no sales I would still like to see all the countries. Filtering.JPG

Hi @jdbuchanan71

Tried that as well but it doesnt work.

Have a date slicer that filters the country, but I need to show all countries ignoring that slicer.
