Ignore Slicer

Dear all,

I hope you can help me. I tried to find a solution first but I don't get along with ALL, ALLEXCEPT and changing the interaction of slicers and visuals does not help me a lot. I'm sure that I do somethong wrong, but I just don't know what.

I have a fact table:

DateBaseCaseScenarioFact
31.09.2021BudgetBudget1
31.10.2021BudgetBudget2
31.09.2021FCFC1
31.10.2021FCFC2
31.09.2021FCFC-New3
31.10.2021FCFC-New4

I have a Bar-Chart to compare values and a slicer for "BaseCase" and one for "Scenario". Now I would like to calculate two Measures:

1) FC = Values based on the Slicer

2) Budget = Values where BaseCase = Budget and Scenario = Budget, independently what is chosen in the slicer

Then I'd like to show FC and Budget in the Bar-Chart.

I thought this could be solved by

FC = CALCULATE(SUM([Value]),USERELATIONSHIP(Date in FactTable,Date in DateTable))

and

Budget = CALCULATE(SUM(Value),REMOVEFILTERS([BaseCase],[Scenario]),FILTER(FactTable,BaseCase="Budget"),FILTER(FactTable,Scenario="Budget"))

However, that does not work. I only see the Budget values when I select the Budget-Scenario in the Scenario-Slicer.

I hope that you can help me.

Best regards and thank you in advance

Manuel
